Otolaryngologist
Full Time Position with RGB Group, Inc to provide Otolaryngologist services at the Stratton Medical Center, Albany, NY.
Qualifications:
Shall be Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist(s).
Shall be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. No such personnel assigned shall have ever had a medical license suspended, revoked, or limited by a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. Evidence of licensure and screening by the Federation of State Medical Boards and the NPDB must be provided.
Certification must be maintained throughout the contract period of performance. All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times. Documentation verifying current certification must be provided.
Shall have Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and provide a copy of that certification.
Providers who are required and privileged to administer conscious sedation must also maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and provide a copy of this certification.
Shall provide the DEA number prior to the start employment.
